One Project closes and another opens

Hana Johnson, a 20 year old daughter of brother Knight Troy Johnson was diagnosed with cancer in February 2017.  Meadow Lake Council 5259 partnered with the Sask Knights of Columbus Charitable Foundation in the “Hope for Hana” project.  This project brought together the Meadow Lake community, family and friends in raising funds to assist the Johnson family in covering the extensive medical treatments required to combat Hana’s unique form of cancer.

After a courageous battle, Hana lost her fight and passed away on February 3rd, 2018.  May she rest in peace.
